About Me
Private Practice

I specialize in helping people find their voice in this world.  As simple as
that may sound, it is actually too difficult to handle alone.  A voice does
not get lost; it gets buried.  Removing the layers of time, an intricate
defense system and the resulting dysfunctional coping skills requires
professional help.

Many of my clients have lived through an abusive or neglectful
childhood.  Developmentally, childhood is when a person learns to feel
cherished and safe.  An abused child learns to feel unwanted or
unworthy, leading to a life full of decisions that keep him/her from
experiencing joy and embarking on the natural path of growth.  My job is
to listen to you without censorship, so that your voice is no longer
hushed and all of your emotions share equal space in your life.
